La New Zealand Dance Company et Dancenorth (venue d’Australie) sont présentes dans un programme commun qui, à l’ère de la globalisation, s’interroge sur la place de l’individu et mise sur la mixité des cultures.
Dans Syncing Feeling, Kyle Page et Amber Haines de la compagnie Dancenorth explorent le duo et nous rappellent que « la seule chose qui nous sépare, c’est notre peau ». Ancrée dans la théorie de l’esprit, la pièce met en lumière les processus cognitifs favorisant multiples aspects de l’esprit humain : empathie, apprentissage par l’imitation, décodage...
